LGBTQ Leadership Institute 2020: William Garrison

William Garrison has a BA in Social Justice from the University of Iowa and plans on using that to help homeless queer youth, and hopefully eradicate homelessness all together within the United States. They are passionate about a lot of things but mainly about making sure that we as humans are moving forward in society. For them, that entails fighting for every injustice that people face because we aren’t free until we are all free. To occupy their time outside of work, they like to drive around with friends and going on small little adventures.
