Olivia Samples is a North Carolina native and a life-long learner. In 2019, she became a Doula and founded Kismet Doula Services, LLC to serve black women and other marginalized people within the current maternal health crisis.
A passionate advocate for reproductive justice and equity, Olivia is active within the multiple communities she represents. She currently works at the Iowa Coalition for Collective Change to support organizations working with victims of violent crimes throughout the state. Outside of work, Olivia has a yoga practice, an ever-growing record collection, and an affinity for books.
