Iowa LGBTQ+ Health Needs Assessment

One Iowa is asking for your participation in collecting data for the Iowa 2021 LGBTQ Health Needs Assessment. Answering the Iowa 2021 LGBTQ Health Needs Assessment will increase the visibility of LGBTQ people and demonstrate that the community needs more and better LGBTQ affirming healthcare programs, LGBTQ youth programs, mental health outreach, and LGBTQ community support groups.
This data is collected by the University of Northern Iowa and the Iowa Department of Public Health and then shared with Des Moines University and One Iowa. This data will allow our organization to create more targeted planning and programming to better the health of LGBTQ Iowans. Compensation for participants includes a $10 Amazon gift card or entry into a drawing for one of 20, $100 Visa gift card! The survey will run from October 5th to November 16th.
