Session 3: Bridging Workplace and Community
Explore how your organization can go beyond the basics and make a positive impact on the broader community by using your power for good. We will discuss the importance of LGBTQ+ workplace inclusivity for hourly, part-time employees, small businesses, and those who work in non-traditional office jobs. We’ll also dive into how your organization, no matter the size, can use its power in the community to make lasting and effective change for LGBTQ folks.
